Mission Statement
To restore and maintain Harvard ES’ “Level 3 autonomy;” to safeguard the integrity of the International Baccalaureate (“IB”) program and Harvard ES’ status as an IB World School; and to support a positive and productive work environment for all educators and staff.
The Advocacy Committee will coordinate clear, measurable objectives and have regular community updates. They will gather teacher feedback, have an advocacy plan, and explore additional avenues to hold the district accountable, while engaging local officials and building coalitions to support their efforts.
